Karl Brown is a Technical Principal overseeing the technical delivery of ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥' project-work with the Department of Veterans Affairs. Karl brings two decades of experience leading cross-industry technical teams, paired with a deep commitment to social change. This unique blend enables him to help Public Sector organizations tackle their most complex challenges with innovative, mission-critical solutions.

In his previous role, Karl served as the Director of Technology for ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥â€™ Office of Social Change Initiatives (OSCI), advancing technology's role in health and social impact. Prior to ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥, he was Associate Director of Applied Technology at the Rockefeller Foundation, where he led efforts such as creating a Health Information Exchange in Rwanda and establishing Health Informatics degree programs in several countries.

Karl earned a Master's degree in International Affairs with a focus on Economic and Political Development from Columbia University, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Stanford University.
