Sylvia started as Experience Design Consultant at ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ Australia and then moved to Germany 3 years later to help to build the Munich office. Since then, she has worked with ourÌýclients as Business Analyst and Program Manager. Today, Sylvia is the Office Principal of ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ Munich and responsible for the "Empowering Thoughtworker Growth" initiative, which focuses on a culture of cultivation and the personal growth of ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ employees in Germany.
