Gayathri is the internal IT business partner to the global people and global talentÌý acquisitions functions. She partners with functional leaders to make their goals a reality so that ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ becomes the place for top talent to grow outstanding capabilities. Gayathri alsoÌýleads the teams that work on all people-related systems — from when a candidate engages with ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ to apply for a position to when they join and all the way until they leave ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥.Ìý

Previously, Gayathri led ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥' efforts to strengthen the brand via the creation and distribution of varying kinds of content. The campaigns sheÌýran contributed to the increase in the readership and reachÌýof the ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ Technology Radar over the course ofÌýten volumes. Gayathri was involved in building ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ Decoder, the A-Z guide to tech for business executives. She steered the efforts to publish and promote the first two editions of ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥' annual report, Looking Glass. Gayathri led the launch of ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ brand refresh in 2021.

Gayathri joined ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ in 2011 to lead internal communication globally. She's since done a variety of roles in marketing including regional marketing, global employer brand and led our communication efforts for the Office of Social and Economic Justice.
