My role is to ensure the products are delivered with quality to clients and real users.

What is the most rewarding aspect of what you do?

Once the product is introduced to real users, the feeling after that is always my reward, my team and I are able to solve their problems and make them satisfied.

We’d love to hear about your career journey. Can you talk about what led you to ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ and your decision to join ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥?

÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ is my first company ever. I joined ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ after I graduated with a Fashion degree. I was into technology at that time and wanted to work in the tech industry. Thus, I sent my CV to many consulting companies. ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ was the only company that had no doubt about my educational background. I was so surprised that the recruiters had never asked me about that. Plus, I was so impressed by the culture of the company. So, I accepted the offer without hesitation.

What has been your favorite part of your ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ career to date?

÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ allows me to create my personalized development plans which enable me to identify achievable career goals and provide support when needed. I don’t think there are many companies that allow you to do that. Once you join them, you need to grow into the roles they need you to be. ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ is completely different.

What advice would you give to anyone thinking of joining ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥?

If you want to work within a multicultural company with a diverse team, this is it! You won’t regret it for sure.
