Head Experience Designer in TechOps China

I am a principal UX consultant and designer with more 16 years of digital design experience and five years of agile project management experience. I am good at solving problems through a design thinking approach, and specialize in product strategy, user research, interaction and visual design. I coach designers and BAs in Agile, Lean UX and Design Thinking practices.ÌýBefore I joined ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥, I led the design strategy for successful startups in China.


At ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥, I work with global organizations to help them solve challenging digital platform projects.Ìý

I am also an IXDC speaker, a General workshop instructor and photographer.
